We chose the race of the family as Chinese.

We have to create breakfast and lunch plans for each of the family members.The food must be halal and must have the healthier choice symbol.The meal plans are based on their nutritional needs and the amount of food that they need for each day. Not more or not less amount of food as too much food may result to over weight and less food may cause them to faint in class or etc.Moderate amount of food is needed each day for everyone to stay healthy. back to top?
