How Much Do You Need To Eat?
Base on this table, we can know how much we need to eat everyday,By following this table, we can prevent over eating or eating less.

For children between the age of 3-6 years old:
Rice and alternatives: 3-4 serving
Fruitts&Vegetable: 1 serving each
Meat and alternatives: 1 serving + 500ml of milk
Fats,Oil,Salt,Sugar: Use Sparingly
For children between the age of 7-12 years old:
Rice and alternatives: 5-6 serving
Fruitts&Vegetable: 2 serving each
Meat and alternatives: 2 serving + 250ml-500ml of milk
Fats,Oil,Salt,Sugar: Use Sparingly
For Teenager (13-18 years old):
Rice and alternatives: 6-7 serving
Fruitts&Vegetable: 2 serving each
Meat and alternatives: 2 serving + 250ml+500ml of milk

For Adult Man 18-60 years old:
