Reflection

Kenny's Reflection:I had learnt much from this project,i had learn how to do a blog,the nutritional needs of different age group. I learnt to cook on my own just following the recipe given.Its a good experience.

Yan Yun's Reflection:I think its a good experience for me to cook using a recipe without the help of the teacher. I also learn how to prepare meals by the age and gender in order for the meals to be healthy. I could have improve by following the recipe more and not over-cooking it.

Chelsea's Reflection:I fell that this project allow me to cook on my own without the teacher's help on practising the dish, This allow me to be more independent. I have learnt about the variety of food each person should have and how the healthy diet pyramid is an important guideline to our daily life.

Wee Zieh's Reflection:I think that this project is not easy as it seems and I have gain new knowledge on foods and cooking healthy.
